Authors are now able to assign variable point scoring to multiple choice, numerical response, and check box questions. Additionally, authors are able to allow their students to see their scores at the end of a lesson and to assign a point value for finishing a lesson.
In order to assign variable point scoring to multiple choice, numerical response, or check box questions, click on the element and drag it to the appropriate location on your Zaption lesson. Then, click on element settings and select the number of points you want that particular element's question to be worth. If you are using LTI keys to integrate your Zaption lesson with an LMS, Zaption will pass the weighted score back to your grade book. In order to allow your students to either see their score at the end of a lesson, or to assign points for a student completing a lesson, click on the settings wheel that appears to the top right of your unpublished lesson. Then click on "Lesson Settings" and select the appropriate option.
